Recently, Agricultural Bank of China’s case regarding “Operating Closed Loop Funds and Practicing Green Financing” was awarded the "China Service Model Case" at the 2020 CIFTIS.

This award-winning case from ABC Singapore Branch (“ABC SG”) was selected and presented by the ABC group. ABC SG established the “Sustainable Financing Framework” in August 2019, and since then they are the first to launch a US$200 million green loan among local Chinese peers under this framework. All the funds raised are invested in enterprises and projects that meet environmental, green, and sustainable development standards. This loan successfully created the closed loop of green financing in support of green projects and effectively promotes the economic development between China and Singapore. It was widely praised by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, peers and customers. This case highlighted the ABC's activeness in practicing green financing and leading the innovative development and contribution towards of Service Trade industry.

The theme of the 2020 Service Trade Fair is "Global Services, Shared Prosperity". The Service Case Selection Committee of this years’ Service Trade Fair has established five major awards categories: Technological Innovation Service Model Cases, Business Format Innovation Service Model Cases, Development Potential Service Model Cases, Global Service Practice Cases, and China Service Model Case.
