On 4th Nov 2017, C3 system successfully launched in ABC Singapore Branch. Since the launch of the system, 8 Credit Committee Meetings have been organized and nearly 150 transactions have been approved through C3 online approval process. As a whole, the system is stable and interfaces with Overseas Integrated Banking System (OIBS) accurately.

As staff of ABC Singapore Branch become more familiar with the system, the functions of the system for Credit Approval Process and Limit Control Management become more vital and salient. Online Approval Process provides ABC Singapore Branch with comprehensive file management records and audit trail. Based on C3 users’ feedback, ABC Singapore Branch has suggested 7 enhancements to HO IT department and received positive responses. Combining with local features and requirements, ABC Singapore Branch has established its C3 Operating Procedural Manual which can be used as a reference for other overseas branches.
