Last month, one of our ABC Singapore Branch staff from the Bills department, Lee Whoi Peng, was recognized as a Service Champion at the Annual Excellence Service Awards (EXSA). She was awarded the Silver award at the 2017 ceremony for her great attitude and superior customer service. This is the second year ABC Singapore Branch has taken part in this award ceremony.

Launched in 1994 by the Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS) the EXSA is a national award that recognizes individuals who have delivered quality service in seven industries: tourism, hospitality, banking, restaurant, public transportation, public service and retail. The award seeks to develop service models for staff to emulate and to create service champions.

In the recent years, ABC Singapore Branch has set a goal on improving our service standards in the banking industry and are committed to achieving service excellence. We will continue to work towards providing an excellence service oriented experience for all our customers.
