Recently, relevant personnel from the Singapore branch participated in the 2nd Departmental Heads of Overseas Branches and Subsidiaries Training Program organized by the Head Office, together with over 30 middle and senior management staff from over 10 overseas branches and subsidiaries. The six-day training program was professionally conducted in Beijing, Shanghai and Suzhou.

As the trainee representative, Mr. Zhao Shi, Deputy General Manager of the Singapore branch, shared not only his personal reflections from the program but also Singapore branch’s 22 years of development experiences, particularly in the areas such as cross cultural communication and integration, human resource management, business development strategies and branch positioning. His speech was well received by the Head office and overseas trainees.

Through this valuable training, the Singapore branch trainees gained a deeper understanding of the core values of ABC’s corporate culture, long-term strategies of international business development, overseas human resource management policies and cross-border cooperative business opportunities, and enhanced the sense of belonging and identity within the ABC's family. The trainees also collaborated with Financial Markets department and Shanghai branch on specific cross-border projects.
