Recently, ABC Singapore Branch successfully participated as a Mandated Lead Arranger in SBI’s USD500 million loan syndication, following ABC Head Office Executive Vice President Kang Yi’s visit to SBI as well as the signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the two parties earlier this year. The syndication was well-received with overwhelming response from over 20 banks globally.

As a branch of a large state-owned commercial bank, ABC Singapore Branch has upheld the bank’s mission of supporting the country’s “going out” strategy and the “one-belt one-road” initiative. India is a key country hub in the said initiative and SBI, being India’s largest bank, is also one of Asia’s largest financial services group, with operations in over 34 countries.

Moving forward, ABC Singapore Branch seeks to continuously explore financing opportunities, particularly, the “one-belt one-road” economic and trade cooperation.
