In October, Ms Yip Yue Yee, the Executive Officer from Trade Finance Department of ABC Singapore Branch was presented the 2016 Excellent Service Award Silver Award from Association of Banks in Singapore.

Launched in 1994, the Excellent Service Award or EXSA is a national award that recognizes individuals who have delivered quality service in seven industries: tourism, hospitality, banking, restaurant, public transportation, public service and retail.

This is the Bank’s first participation in EXSA, aiming to promote better overall service quality to our customers and in turn elevate our Bank’s branding in the industry.
