ABC Singapore Branch, in its drive to lead and encourage healthy living in its employees, organised a lunch-time workshop on osteoporosis.

With society expecting an ageing workforce in the coming years and with millennials taking an active approach to slowing down the debilitating process of bone loss, the session was well-attended and highly-interactive.

It is gratifying to see that employees are taking gradual steps towards adopting a healthy lifestyle. The take-away pointers were undoubtedly helpful to make adjustments to daily habits in better understanding osteoporosis – its causes, effects and preventive actions.
