ABC Singapore Branch actively provides cross-border financial support to Special Economic Zone Enterprises

As one of earliest branches set-up abroad under ABC Group, ABC Singapore Branch fully exerts its advantage on cross-border RMB business and strong collaboration with domestic branches to actively provides financial support to enterprises in Special Economic Zones.  After successfully being one of the first batch of Singapore banks funding Chinese enterprises in June 2014, ABC Singapore Branch proceed to provide banking facilities to about ten enterprises located in Suzhou Industrial Park, Yunnan Financial Reform Pilot Zone, Guangxi Financial Reform Pilot Zone and Fujian Free-trade Zone.  The total facilities amount reaches RMB1.3 billion.  Several hundred million under those facilities has been withdrawn by Yunnan Provisional Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd and Guangxi Fangchenggang Nuclear Power Co., Ltd.  As a Chinese bank with 20 years’ operating history in Singapore, the assets size, cost to income ratio, net profit per capita and other key indicators of ABC Singapore Branch ranks first among all Chinese banks which hold the same banking license.  In the future, ABC Singapore Branch will focus on cross-border financial products with strengthened innovation, maximizing the advantage of collaboration with internal branches, to provide comprehensive financial services for economic and trade inter-connections between Singapore and China.
