Recently, ABC Singapore Branch together with 9 other banks successfully completed a US$360 million 3-year syndicated term loan to Haier International Co., Ltd (“HIC”).

Haier Group is ABC Head Office core and industry-focused customer. HIC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Haier Group, trades in household electrical appliances, as well as provision of storage and after-sale services. It is an important and largest overseas trading arm and overseas financing platform for the Group.

Through ABC Singapore branch’s participation in this syndication, the Bank as a whole, demonstrates its global support towards core domestic customers going internationally, thereby deepening the banking relationship.
