On 28 Oct 2014, the Management team of ABC Singapore Branch made a trip to Jiangxi for a business promotion session to meet up with the core corporate customers of Jiangxi Branch.  The purpose of the visit is to explore the possibility of cooperation between on-shore and off-shore businesses.
The delegates were presented with the financial overview of Singapore and ABC Singapore Branch. It also addressed the recent trends of RMB business, RMB spot and forward (DF/NDF) settlement in the foreign exchange market.  Both sides further discussed on the various trade finance and investment banking products as well as the possible collaboration with Singapore Branch.
The visit concluded with a Q&A session for customers. The team also called on 3 core customers who are based in the Nanchang and Jingdezhen area.
It is envisaged that this mission will yield positive spin-off for our customers to explore the “Two Markets” and “Two Resources” opportunities and will also facilitate business cooperation between the ABC Branches in the longer term.
