As part of its organizational learning efforts in continuously sharpening managerial competencies and leadership capabilities, Singapore Branch organized a Jigsaw@Work session to enable Department Heads (HODs) to understand the profiling of one's own traits displayed at work.  This allows HODs to be cognizant of behavioral manifestations of fellow colleagues and in better understanding what drives them.
The session also covered that of work scopes that are best likely to bring out the desired results as such.
It was certainly an engaging and fun learning session that enhanced team bonding and facilitated a learning organization in keeping the wheels of leaders well-oiled.
