ABC Singapore Branch as one of the Bookrunner Mandated Lead Arrangers (“BMLA”) for Noble Group Limited’s syndicated facility
Early this month, ABC Singapore Branch and New York Branch jointly became one of the Bookrunner Mandated Lead Arrangers (“BMLA”) for Noble Group Limited’s USD 2 billion syndicated revolving credit facility.
Noble is a leading global supply chain provider of agricultural, industrial and energy products. As a Fortune Global 500 company (ranked 76 in 2013), Noble has been an important customer of ABC Singapore Branch and similarly an ABC Head Office core customer since 2008.
This successful international syndicated loan for a large multi-national corporate certainly bears testimony to ABC Singapore Branch’s improving global banking service capabilities.
