ABC Singapore branch organized a talk on cervical spondylosis on 16 April 2014. It invited physiotherapist to share with staff on the causative effects of cervical spondylosis. There were also tips and learning from the professional on how to effectively relieve neck fatigue to improve work efficiency.  It was an engaging session for the staff as the live demonstrations conducted were interactive and supported by the many visuals to illustrate.
The talk is part of the branch’s effort to improve workplace health and wellness management.  The branch will continue to conduct series of talks and activities to create a healthy, safe and happy working environment.
