ABC Singapore recently celebrated its 18th anniversary of its presence in Singapore.

Key to its success is encompassing a holistic approach to valuing its human capital. This enables the Bank's staff to continuously hone and sharpen their competences to stay ahead of the competition amidst the rapid pace of change facing the industry.

The long service award recipients are:

    5-Year - Ted Chan, Vivien Liew, Monica Piah, Joanne Pon

    10-Year – Liu Leiqing

Leiqing, recipient of the 10-Year Long Service Award and speaking on behalf of the group of awardees, best summed it up that they are delighted to be able to grow with the Bank.

As staff retention of valued employees is amongst the host of challenges that organizations today grapple with across sectors, it is thus heartening to see that the slew of employee-centric initiatives that the Bank has in place to positively engage its staff has gained traction.
